mindset management
There often comes a time when we arrive at the .a. point place where we’re met with the of internal conflict between the concept of ‘this too shall pass’ & ‘be here now.’ One asks us to be present, while the other suggests we focus our attention on the future. But while we’re busy trying to figure out how to be in two different places at once, we often don’t even realize how distracted.preoccupied. influenced. we actually are by the anchoring emotions of our pasts. & how they can (& often do) influence every decision we make. What is Mindset Management? Mindset management is essentially changing the way you’ve always thought about the things that have made you feel the way you’ve always felt. It allows you to become less reactive & more in control of how you feel & respond. & not just with how we currently handle any residual stuff from our day-to-day, but how we also either resist or persist in resolving or dissolving past fear, guilt & resentment & how those unresolved emotions can directly affect how we think & feel about ourselves when we’re trying to go beyond our comfort zones. When we better manage our emotions, we can better manage our mindsets. When we manage the emotions & how we show up in the world, we will be more inclined to make choices that align with what we want. Envisioning or creating the best versions of ourselves while simultaneously believing we’re not good enough is not necessarily impossible, but it can be much harder & take much longer with those existing thoughts & beliefs in the way. |
